Michael Landry: Scoutmaster
Mike has been involved in Scouting since childhood. He advanced through the ranks of scouting and achieved the highest rank of Eagle Scout in 1972. He is father to 5 sons, all of whom have also made Eagle Scout. He has been employed full time in the stevedoring industry for 31 years. He is committed to scouting and plans to continue as scoutmaster indefinitely (Nephews and grandsons on the way!)

John Carambat: Committee Chairman
John is a full time teacher of Biology at St. Pauls School in Covington, LA. He is currently serving the troop as Committee Chairman. He taught Graphic Design at Louisiana State University for seven years and is also the website administrator.

Jay Wise: Assistant Scoutmaster
Jay has been involved in Scouting for 5 years. He is father of 2 sons. Also, he is the Cubmaster of Pack 222. One son is in the pack and the other is in our troop. He and his wife are committed to the scouting program. Jay also is a member of the Knights of Columbus.

David Wellmeyer: Assistant Scoutmaster
David has been involved in Scouting for 6 years. He has served as a crew leader on two high adventure trips to Canada and Key West. He is an emergency room physician in the Northshore area. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus. He is married and has two sons and a daughter.

Toby Jones: Assistant Scoutmaster
Toby has been in scouting since 2002. He is the father of three and has worked in the maritime industry for 26 years. Toby served as Den Leader in Pack 222 for five years straight. As Den Leader of the Webelos ll, he worked hard with the boys on advancement and prepared them for the bridging into the troop. All of the scouts look up to him with respect. He is very active in the troop at all levels.

Matthew A. Landry: Assistant Scoutmaster
Matthew is the son of Michael Landry. He earned his EAGLE RANK in 2000. He plans on making a life long goal in scouting. He also is a member of the ORDER OF THE ARROW which is voted from his peers when he was at the rank STAR. In the summer of 1999 & 2000, he worked at Philmont Scout Ranch. He is 24 years old and working in the refrigeration industry.

Patrick Ricau: Committee Member
Patrick has been involved since the Start up of the troop. He has two sons. One has earned the EAGLE RANK this past year, and the other is at the LIFE RANK. Patrick works with the scouts on merit badges and activities. He is married and has two sons and two daughters.

Scott Simon: Committee Member
Scott is also a charted member of the Knights of Columbus and the CYO Director for St. Jane de Chantal Church in Abita Springs. He is married and has three sons and two daughters. He is a strong supporter in youth programs and helps with merit badges. His oldest son serves in the AIR FORCE in Japan.

Warren Galjor: Charted Organization Repesentative
Mr. Warren who is 80 years old, attends all meetings and most troop functions. He is the liaison between the troop and the Knights of Columbus and also is a charted member too. He was in the scouts as a young boy and was an adult leader in Hawaii. Also he retired from the Marines. His nick name is “GUNNY”.
